At the deepest level, the body is a field of energy and intelligence, constantly renewing itself.

 

Through connecting to this field, we can access our own infinite potential for transformation and healing. Yet most of us are rarely present or connected to our bodies.

 

Without this connection, we are cut off from our emotional bodies too, depriving ourselves of deep insights, meaningful relationships and ultimately freedom.

 

Yoga Asanas, Qi Gong as well as many other forms of physical movement can be helpful tools to enable this connection.

 

Breath is a movement too. Working with breath can create a powerful energetic shift, often reaching places that are not easily accessible through the physical. Being a bridge between Body and Mind, breath has a power to shape both.

 

Stillness can bring about the deepest connection of all - to something larger than ourselves: the source, mystery, God - whatever we choose to call it. Finding and maintaing this connection brings us to the state of aliveness and awe for Life.

 

Working with movement, breath and stillness, we can re-learn how to trust the body and its intuitive knowledge, allowing the body-wise aspect of our self to unfold. Then this practice connects us to a place of knowing deep inside - where all the answers are already present.
